Our staff will provide you and your family with all of the necessary tools and information to help you maintain your best level of health.

What can I expect as a patient?

Patients coming to the COPD Prescription for Wellness Program will receive a complete physical assessment by one of our registered nurses at our COPD Wellness Clinc, including recording your vital signs and weight. Your nurse will discuss your medications, diet, exercise and any other medical needs. Once all of your information has been gathered, your nurse will work with your primary care physician to determine the best course of action for your health.

All nurses at the COPD Wellness Clinic are Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) trained and board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
