Breastfeeding for Beginners
Our board-certified lactation consultant will help new parents understand the biological process of breastfeeding and discuss how to get breastfeeding off to a good start.
Topics will include:
- Proper positioning for comfort
- Signs of hunger
- Benefits of breastfeeding
- Benefits of skin-to-skin contact
- Pumping basics
- Preparation for your return to work.

Classes are held via Zoom on the third Monday of every month from 6-7:30 p.m.
