AgeWell at Ansonia Senior Center

Griffin Health and the Agency on Aging of South Central Connecticut are partnering to increase access to care and prevent disease among our senior community through AgeWell, a monthly series of health screenings and healthy living education sessions at area senior centered. Periodically, this program will provide nutritionally balanced and delicious food for attendees to enjoy.

Griffin Health Executive Chef Daryeal Murphy will discuss how healthy eating can help improve overall well-being, including stronger muscles, increased immunity and better digestive system function, and prevent chronic disease such as diabetes, obesity, heart disease, and some cancers.
