GlucoseZone is a free exercise program for individuals with pre-diabetes, type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes.
Instructors provide 1:1 education and exercise guidance based on real time blood sugar levels and other biometrics. GlucoseZone encourages meeting exercise goals while optimizing glucose levels. Program participants can benefit from weight management, lowering A1c levels and reducing medical costs associated with elevated blood sugars.
GlucoseZone is also available on a digital platform for your smartphone, tablet or PC that provides both education and exercise sessions, including live-streaming sessions. All participants will be introduced to the app.
To be eligible for GlucoseZone, individuals must be diagnosed with pre-diabetes, type 1 or type 2 Diabetes. A physician referral is required and 1-to-1 intakes must be scheduled.
